Esqina Urban Lodge Lisbon

During our stay at Esqina Urban Lodge, we were truly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging airport pick up and drop off. Upon arrival, our room was ready and the front desk attendant took the time to provide us with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's unique touches and attention to detail added a delightful touch to our experience. Additionally, the central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. We are already looking forward to returning to this property and highly recommending it to fellow travelers.

Although our stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the elevator didn't reach the ground floor, making it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and activities in the city. Additionally, the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and provided excellent suggestions for things to do in the city. They even recommended a tuk tuk tour, which was a fun and convenient way to explore the steep hills of the city.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. there was limited space for hanging clothes, as there was no wardrobe in the room.

Clean, modern, and well-equipped with bathrobe, towels, and cell phone provided. Efficient use of space with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Helpful staff and great location near train/metro.

Despite some minor noise from nearby construction, my overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Central location in old city with cobblestone streets, restaurants, and shops. Helpful staff provided tips for authentic Portuguese meals. Comfortable rooms with great beds. Close to metro and walking distance to attractions and waterfront. Receptionists knowledgeable and friendly.

Staying here was a great experience! The location was perfect and allowed me to easily walk to all the main attractions. I also appreciated the service car hire and bicycle hire options available. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent housekeeping and airport shuttle services. The room amenities, including the soundproofed rooms and flat-screen TV, made the stay even more enjoyable.

This venue would be a great choice for families.

The hotel was easy to find and welcoming. The staff provided us with lots of information about the area without being asked. The room was spacious and everything was brand new. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing with double rainfall shower heads. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transport right downstairs. This hotel made our Easter adventure wonderful.

There was very little storage space for clothes and no place to put the suitcases in the small room. After 10pm, there was no staff available and guests had to call a nearby sister hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the old city and just a few steps away from the main square and the Baixa-Chiado Metro station. It was so convenient to explore the city's attractions and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great, especially the spacious shower room. the hotel's design and atmosphere were very charming and romantic.

The noise from the street outside did make it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.
